Jarkko Sakkinen

Jarkko Sakkinen has worked in the software engineering field since 2003. Jarkko began their career as a Trainee at Nokia, where they wrote a custom profiler with C and Python. In 2003, they also worked as a Software Engineer at Solita and Ionific Ltd., where they developed parts of the Symbian low-level audio infrastructure. From 2006-2007, they completed their civilian service as a Software Engineer at the University of Tampere. Afterwards, they worked as a Software Engineer at Sasken Technologies Limited and Nomovok Ltd. In 2009, they co-founded SVS Innovations, where they developed and contributed an early version of WebGL to Qt. From 2010-2011, they worked as a Software Engineer at Intel Corporation, where they worked with TPM, Intel SGX, and keyring. Finally, they are currently working as a Software Engineer at Profian, where they are delivering a platform enabling Confidential Computing nodes for cloud apps.

Jarkko Sakkinen obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Tampere University of Technology between 1999 and 2005.
