Rachman Walker

Rachman Walker has extensive experience working in quality assurance and testing roles. Rachman is currently employed as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Proficient Health, where they collaborate with developers, project managers, and product owners to assess program capabilities and perform various types of testing. Their responsibilities include creating automated tests using Selenium WebDriver, conducting functional and regression testing, and performing API testing using Postman and SwaggerUI.

Prior to their current role, Rachman worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Smashing Boxes, where they operated under Agile and Scrum frameworks, built automated test scripts using C# and Selenium WebDriver, and conducted usability testing on various devices.

Rachman also served as a Quality Engineer at Atlantic BT, leading the manual and automated testing efforts for BCBSNC's StudentBlue application. Additionally, Rachman worked as a Test Engineer at TRI-COR Industries, Inc., where they supported and led testing efforts for US Immigration & Customs Enforcement applications, participated in an Agile development environment, and utilized a test automation framework using Selenium WebDriver.

Before that, Rachman worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at GloNet, where they created a test automation framework using Selenium WebDriver, and collaborated with developers and project managers to assess program capabilities.

Their earlier experience includes working as a Software Quality Engineer at CA Technologies, where they performed functional testing of Web services, created and executed manual test plans, and worked with network engineers to create system test plans. Rachman also worked as a Quality Engineer at Motricity and Railinc.

Throughout their career, Rachman has demonstrated strong skills in test automation, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and various types of testing methodologies.

Rachman Walker has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Hampton University. Currently, Rachman is pursuing an Associate in Applied Science degree with a focus on Cybersecurity at Wake Technical Community College, with an expected graduation year of 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Rachman has obtained several certifications. They have completed the CCNA: Switching, Routing, and Wireless Essentials course from Cisco twice in May 2021. They also completed the CCNA: Introduction to Networks course from Cisco in March 2021. Rachman has also earned the CompTIA Security+ certification in August 2022.

Rachman has also acquired various Coursera Course Certificates in entrepreneurship-related subjects. They completed the "New Venture Finance: Startup Funding for Entrepreneurs" course in September 2016, the "Innovation for Entrepreneurs: From Idea to Marketplace" course in July 2016, and the "Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies: The First Step in Entrepreneurship" course in June 2016.
