Tiago Marques

Tiago Marques is a highly experienced software engineer with a strong focus on frontend development, currently serving as a Senior Frontend Developer at Profidata since November 2021. Tiago previously held roles as a Senior Consultant at Celfocus and a Senior Frontend Architect/Tech Lead at Virtual Identity, specializing in modern frameworks and technologies such as React, Vue, and Stencil. Additional experience includes front-end and back-end development at various companies including Hostelworld Group, VentureOak, and Yieldify, with proficiency in tools like AngularJS, NodeJS, and multiple programming languages. Tiago also has a teaching background as an Invited Assistant Professor at Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and experience as an Assistant Researcher at Fraunhofer Portugal. Tiago holds a Master's Degree in Software Engineering and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Natural and Adaptive Interfaces at the same university.
