Austin Stilwell

Austin Stilwell has a diverse work experience in engineering and project management. Austin started their career as a Software Engineering Intern at Electrolux in 2017. After that, they joined Shurtape Technologies, LLC in 2018, where they worked as an Engineering Management Trainee, Process Engineer, and Lean Six Sigma Continuous Improvement Project Manager. In 2022, Austin joined Continental as a Manufacturing Engineer and later moved to Profile Products in 2023, where they currently hold the role of a Manufacturing Engineer.

Austin Stilwell obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology with a concentration in Applied Energy from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Austin attended this institution from 2012 to 2018. Additionally, Austin received a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from North Carolina State University in July 2021.
