Cosimo Galletti

Cosimo Galletti is an accomplished business executive with extensive experience in operations management and strategic leadership across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager at Cabico&co since May 2023, Cosimo is responsible for the P&L of the Elmwood and Maple Craft businesses and the development of effective business strategies. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Operations at Sunrise Farms, overseeing three manufacturing sites and a team of over 1,000 employees, and Vice President of Operations at Glen Dimplex Americas, where Cosimo led supply planning and supported business growth. With a strong foundation in operational efficiency gained through previous positions at Hayward Gordon Group, Marimo Inc., and Cogent Power Inc., Cosimo holds an MBA in Finance and multiple degrees from the Australian Institute of Business and Mohawk College.
