Prior to this role, Ed served as the Assistant Director of Insurance Operations at Citizens Property Insurance, where significant projects led to substantial cost savings and efficiency improvements. Ed also held positions at Florida State University and Leon County Public Schools, excelling in IT management and technical support. Currently, Ed is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems at the University of Central Florida.
