Nancy Tufts

Nancy Tufts is the Vice President of Planning and Programs at ElderSource, Inc., overseeing more than $20 million in state and federal contracts to enhance the lives of seniors in Northeast Florida. With over a decade of experience in process improvement, compliance, and team development, they have made significant contributions in various roles, including as a Counselor Advocate at the Women's Crisis Center and a Healthcare Services Coordinator at the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Nancy holds a BS in Psychology from Campbellsville University and has been recognized for innovative practices that foster community partnerships and support staff success.
