Tero Aaltonen

Tero Aaltonen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Tero is currently working as the Chief Business Development Officer at Profilence, a company that provides innovative solutions for the ICT industry. Prior to this, they held the role of Advisor at the same company, where they contributed to the development of their unique end-to-end platform, Tau.

Before joining Profilence, Tero was the CEO and Co-Founder of Augumenta, where they played a key role in the company's growth and success. Tero also co-founded Pictelligent and served as a Co-Founder there. Additionally, Tero worked as the Founder of Waverider Solutions, contributing to its establishment and development.

Earlier in their career, Tero held various positions at Scalado, including Head of Sales and Operations, Taiwan and China, and Director of Business Development, APAC. Tero also worked at Elektrobit in roles such as Technology Manager, MIMD Business Development, and SW Engineer, Chief SW Specialist, SW Technology Manager.

Tero's work experience also includes a position as a SW engineer and system administrator at Pehmo-Kuusamo Oy, where they designed and maintained secure network infrastructures.

Tero Aaltonen obtained their M.Sc. degree from the University of Oulu from 1996 to 2002. During this time, they focused on studying computer science, embedded systems, wireless communications, and digital signal processing.
