Jen Kinnear is a seasoned recruitment professional with over 15 years of experience in the creative industry. Currently, Jen serves as the Founder of Triibe Talent, established in January 2023, and as the Managing Director of Profiles Creative since July 2009, a leading UK creative recruitment agency. In addition, Jen holds a position as Non Executive Director at CoCo, contributing to talent acquisition across various sectors. Jen's previous roles include experiences as a Digital Specialist at Handle Recruitment and a Digital Recruiter at Hamblyn Media Selection, among others. Jen obtained an MA in English from the University of Nottingham from 1998 to 2002.
