Debbie Kincer began their work experience in 1981 as a Customer Service Representative and Team Lead at AT&T, where they worked until 2009. In 2011, they joined Profiles International as a Strategic Account Manager.

Debbie Kincer attended McLennan Community College from 1972 to 1976, where they obtained an Associate in Applied Science degree in Child Development.
