Ghulam Mustafa

Ghulam Mustafa has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Ghulam started their career as an Assistant Manager HR at Atlas Honda Ltd., where they worked as an HR Generalist. Ghulam then moved on to RGIS UK, a multinational financial company, where they served as a Lead HR Auditor. At RGIS, Ghulam conducted training for team members and performed HR audits for client organizations. Ghulam later joined a renowned national organization as the Head of HR before transitioning to freelance work as a Trainer and OD Practitioner at People Resource Management. During this time, they conducted training sessions and consulting assignments in Africa. In 2013, Ghulam joined Profiles International as a Lead Assessment Consultant, working closely with national and multinational companies on talent identification, utilization, and development. Currently, they hold the position of CEO at Epic Consulting Group.

Ghulam Mustafa's education history begins in 2003, where they attended COMSATS and obtained an MBA degree in Human Resource Management. Ghulam then pursued further education in 2007 at the University of Strathclyde in the UK, where they completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resource Management. During the same year, they also acquired a CPD Certificate in Human Resource Management from CIPD in the UK. In 2012, Ghulam Mustafa enrolled in the International Board of Standards in the USA and successfully obtained a Certified Master Management Consultant degree in the field of Human Resources Management and Services.
