Mary Meier's work experience begins in 1987 when they worked as an Interior Designer for Furniture Showcase, a small privately owned furniture store. Mary was responsible for various design tasks, including graphic design and showroom layout. Mary worked at Furniture Showcase for almost two decades before moving on to Thomas' Ethan Allen in 1989. At Thomas' Ethan Allen, Mary served as an Interior Designer, Buyer, and Visual Merchandiser. Mary helped clients create inviting environments for their homes or businesses and contributed to the growth of the business by offering design services and functioning as their visual merchandiser and buyer.

In 2006, Mary joined Saul Furnishing as an Interior Designer and Manager. Mary provided a full range of home furnishing services, establishing relationships with clients and showcasing their design creativity. After two years, they moved on to Profiles International in 2009, where they started as an Associate Strategic Account Manager. In 2012, they became the Vice President of Enterprise Solution Sales, focusing on helping small businesses create high-performing workforces through employee assessments and performance management solutions.

In 2014, Mary took on the role of Vice President of Corporate Development at Profiles International. Their goal was to attract entrepreneurial professionals and partner with them to utilize the company's suite of assessment solutions. Mary aimed to help clients hire the right employees, place them in suitable positions, and develop them to their fullest potential. In 2015, Mary joined DuBois Furniture as an Interior Consultant.

Throughout their career, Mary Meier has gained extensive experience in interior design, sales, and corporate development. Mary has consistently demonstrated their passion for creating inviting spaces and helping businesses thrive.

Mary Meier completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design at the University of North Texas from 1983 to 1987. Prior to that, they attended Richfield High School from 1981 to 1983, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during that time.

In addition to their educational background, Mary Meier also obtained several certifications from Profiles International. In 2011, they became a Certified User of the Profiles Performance Indicator and the Customer Service Profile. Mary also obtained certification as a User of the CheckPoint 360 and the ProfileXT, Profiles Sales Assessment, and Profiles Managerial Fit assessments. The specific months of certification achievement were December 2011, November 2011, October 2011, and February 2011 respectively.
