Marlowe Allen, SSBBP

Marlowe Allen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2010, Allen worked as a Community Outreach Intern at Knoxville Tourism & Sports Corporation, gaining experience in event organization and marketing. From 2010 to 2012, Allen worked at Ruth's Hospitality Group Inc. as a Sales Coordinator and Social Media Admin, and later as a Head Host and Host Coach.

In 2012, Allen joined Fusion Tanning Studios as a Brand Ambassador and Promotional Model, promoting the brand and educating consumers on tanning services and products. Allen also worked as a Studio Manager in Training and Assistant Manager during this time.

In 2013, Allen became the Catering Sales Manager & Marketing Director at Dead End BBQ, where they managed sales and marketing efforts. In 2016, Allen briefly worked as the Business Operations Director at The Lunchbox Knoxville before joining Coyote Logistics as a National Account Sales Manager.

From 2017 to 2022, Allen worked at Paycom in various roles, including Implementation Project Manager, Senior Implementation Project Manager, and Executive Implementation Project Manager. In these roles, Allen focused on implementing enterprise-level accounts, driving system adoption, and cultivating lean processes.

In 2023, Allen worked at Slate Professional Resources as a Paycom Consultant before joining ProFinda as a Project Manager.

Marlowe Allen, SSBBP, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish - Hispanic Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. Marlowe then pursued further studies in Hispanic and Latin American Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics at the Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología in 2012. In addition to their formal education, Marlowe has obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP Prep Course, and Six Sigma Black Belt Professional from the University of Oklahoma, Brain Sensei, and the Management and Strategy Institute, respectively.
