Víctor Godwall Fuentes Frías, Ph.D.

Víctor Godwall Fuentes Frías, Ph.D. has been working in the Quality Assurance field since 2003. Víctor Godwall began their career as an Economic Vice-Rector Advisor and Senior Professor at the University of Holguín in 2003. In 2004, they took on the roles of Quality Assurance Engineer and Senior Business Consultant at the Tourims Study Center. From 2008 to 2021, they have held various Quality Assurance Engineer roles at Indra, Lettstrade!, ProFinda, and Santander Global Tech. During their time at Indra, they were responsible for Manual Test Software Development Projects. At Santander Global Tech, they were an SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) and worked in an Agile Team with the Scrum framework. In addition, from 2010-2021, they have been a Senior Member of the Evaluation Committee of EFQM for the Navarra Award for Corporate Excellence. Finally, from 2014-2018, they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer and General Management & Business Process Manager at Suites de las Huertas, where they implemented TQM, a map of processes, and KPIs.

Víctor Godwall Fuentes Frías, Ph.D. has an extensive education history. Víctor Godwall obtained their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Accounting and Business/Management from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2011. Víctor Godwall also obtained a Master of Advanced Study in Accounting and Business/Management from the same university in 2011. In 2008, they obtained a Master's degree of Business Informatics from Universidad Central "Marta Abreu" de Las Villas. Víctor Godwall also obtained their Industrial Engineering degree in Industrial Organization Engineer from University of Holguín in 2003. In addition, they have a Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf, which they obtained in August 2020.
