Marek Petrovic

Marek Petrovic has a diverse background in software engineering and data science, with experiences across multiple companies. At Tachyum, Marek worked on a bachelor's thesis focused on training neural networks using mixed precision numbers. Following that, a role at Swiss Re involved serving as a Governance Architect, where responsibilities included upskilling colleagues in software engineering best practices and establishing sustainable processes for solutions. As a Data Scientist at Swiss Re, Marek developed end-to-end data science solutions and achieved recognition by winning an internal hackathon for the "Most Innovative solution." A position as a Python Developer at MusicFirst s.r.o. included responsibilities for Odoo ERP system administration and module development for banking and stock management. Currently, Marek is a Data Engineer at Profinit. Education was completed at Masaryk University Brno, graduating with honors.
