Prasanna Kuppusamy has a diverse work experience that spans multiple companies and roles. From 2002 to 2005, they worked as a Lecturer at MAVMM Polytechnic College, where they gained technical exposure in operating systems, programming languages, and database management. At Sirahu Technologies from 2007 to 2009, they served as a QA Analyst, focusing on effective QA procedures, guidance, support, and compliance. Prasanna then joined Apptivo Inc in 2009 as a QA Lead before becoming a QA Manager from 2010 to 2014. In 2015, Prasanna transitioned to the role of Customer Support Manager at Apptivo, which they held until 2019. Currently, they are working at Profit.co as a Customer Support Manager, which they started in October 2019.
Prasanna Kuppusamy completed their M.Sc in Computer Science from Madurai Kamaraj University during the period of 1999 to 2001. Following that, they pursued an M.Phil in Computer Science from the same university between 2003 and 2005.
