Scott Alderson

Scott Alderson currently serves as Director of Business Optimization for Profit Recovery Partners, where responsibilities include leadership, client evaluation, and strategy execution within the Financial Services Practice Group. Prior to this role, Scott held positions as Vice President of Treasury Management Sales at Tri Counties Bank and First Vice President at MEGABANK, where notable contributions included driving deposits, revenue growth, and bank transformation initiatives. Earlier experience includes various roles in business development and relationship management at CommerceWest Bank, JP Morgan Chase & Co., and Wells Fargo, complemented by a strong focus on servicing small and middle-market clients. Scott is also a former board member of The Elite OC, promoting community engagement among young professionals. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from CSUSM College of Business.
