Don Cormier is the SVP Professional Services & Product Management at ProfitKey International. Don has over 20 years of experience in customer service and support operations. Prior to joining ProfitKey International, they were the Service Manager - LWPA Group at Synergy Resources from November 2013 to October 2020. In this role, they were responsible for developing training materials and policies to support the consistent delivery of quality services. Don also monitored sales pipeline levels and backlog, and made staffing decisions accordingly.

Before their role at Synergy Resources, Cormier worked at Infor for over 6 years, where they were the Manager Support Operations. In this role, they oversaw a team of customer service representatives and was responsible for ensuring excellent customer service. Don also developed creative strategies to increase customer satisfaction and implemented new technologies to improve efficiency.

Don Cormier completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Northeastern University.

They work with James Pelletier - President, John Backus - CFO, and Diane Medeiros - VP of QA & Technical Support. Their manager is Kevin O’Keefe, CEO.
