Justyna Urbaniak

Justyna Urbaniak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Product Manager at PROFITROOM since July 2016, Justyna focuses on the Profitroom Booking Engine 360 and is involved with the Checkout Team. Justyna previously held roles as Product Owner for Profitroom CRM and as a Scrum Master at Politechnika Poznańska, where responsibilities included external lecturing. Prior experience includes serving as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach at Grupa Allegro, where Justyna facilitated the adoption of Scrum and improved software development processes. Justyna's career began as an IT Applications Tester at Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. and as a Software Tester for an e-shop platform. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Management of Production and Services and an Engineer's degree in Management, both from Poznan University of Technology.
