Kelley Castell

Kelley Castell has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kelley began their career at First Data Corporation in 2001, where they held multiple roles including Senior Vice President of Process Innovation and Technology. In this role, they contributed to process improvement and technology advancements within the company. Kelley also served as a part of the Client Experience team and led Boarding, Implementation, and Activation Services.

In 2016, Kelley joined Oasis Outsourcing as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing IT, service delivery, operations, marketing, M&A, and sales. Kelley remained in this position until 2019 when they moved to Bluefin Payment Systems as the Chief Operating Officer. At Bluefin, they were responsible for driving business strategy and execution while preparing the company for international expansion.

Most recently, Kelley took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at ProfitSolv in 2020. As the CEO, they are leading the company towards growth and success.

Kelley Castell began their educational journey in 1989 at Florida State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs. Kelley successfully completed their studies in 1992. After a break, they returned to academia and enrolled at Troy University, starting in 1999. Over the next two years, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business. Concurrently, from 1999 to 2001, Kelley also attended Saint Leo University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems.
