Belinda Chandler currently serves as the Operations Manager at ProFocus. Belinda has over twenty years of experience in operations and human resources, having served in various roles at My Job Tank, Inc, Xplosion Consulting, and Kforce Professional Staffing.

At My Job Tank, Inc, Belinda served as the HR/Operations manager from April 2018 to August 2021. In this role, they were responsible for the human resources and operations functions of the company. Belinda oversaw the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees, as well as the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.

Prior to their time at My Job Tank, Inc, Belinda worked at Xplosion Consulting as a regional operations director. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the operational functions of the company in the West Region. Belinda also partnered with market leaders to evaluate and adjust processes to improve operational efficiency and provide operational excellence.

Belinda began their career at Kforce Professional Staffing in August 1999, where they served as the Regional Operations Director for the West Region. In this role, they were responsible for all Field Operations in the West Region of Kforce. Belinda also managed and mentored all Field Operational Managers and/or Supervisors while overseeing operational functions to ensure quality and efficiency.
