Kailee Munson

Kailee Munson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and customer service. Since May 2017, Kailee has held multiple roles at Proforma, advancing from Information Technology Intern to Junior QA Business Analyst, Implementation Analyst, and currently Senior Business Analyst. Prior to this, Kailee served as a Student Employee at the University of Tampa Registrar’s Office, assisting students with registration and form submissions, and worked as an Enrollment Telecounselor in the University’s Enrollment Office, providing support to callers. Kailee earned a degree from the University of Tampa, completing studies in 2018.
