Tim Nale

Tim Nale currently serves as the Chief Brand Officer at Proforma since October 2024. Prior to this role, Tim held various senior technology positions at LeadingResponse from May 2021 to October 2024, including CTO and EVP of Technology & Operations. Tim's earlier experience includes serving as Chief Information Officer at Koozie Group from June 2018 to May 2021 and co-founding PromoStandards, Inc., where Tim was a board member from January 2014 to May 2021. Between September 2012 and June 2018, Tim worked as Vice President of Information Technology at BIC Graphic North America. Tim's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
