Justin Leo is an experienced professional in the culinary and food service industry with a strong background in leadership and business development. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Sales Officer, and Vice President of Business Development for ProFormance Roofing since September 2018, Justin previously held the position of Brewery Representative for The Florida Brewery, CO Inc. from October 2019 to October 2022 and was a Partner at Crave & Copper during the same period. Earlier roles include Customer Development Specialist at Gordon Food Service and Director of F&B/Executive Chef at B in the Walt Disney World® Resort, where oversight included all food and beverage operations.
