Jyotsna Arya

Jyotsna Arya is a Management Trainee at Proformics since May 2023, previously serving as a Recruiting Intern at Leelajay Technologies from May 2022 to July 2022. In the internship role, responsibilities included candidate sourcing through job portals and social networking sites, profile validation per client requirements, interview scheduling, client management, and overseeing joining formalities and training. Jyotsna holds a PGDM in Human Resources and Marketing from Apeejay School of Management (August 2021 - May 2023) and a Bachelor's degree in French and Economics from Delhi University (July 2017 - August 2020), along with an Arts qualification from Kendriya Vidyalaya (April 2015 - April 2017).
