Pontus Melchert

Pontus Melchert has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Pontus started their career in 1986 as an Arbetsledare byggarbetsplats at Skanska and worked there until 1991. From 1994 to 1996, they worked as an Arkeolog at Arkeologikonsult. Pontus then transitioned into the electronics field, working as an Elektronikdesigner at Emerson Network Power from 1999 to 2004. Pontus joined Ericsson in 2004 and served as a Senior Elektronikdesigner until 2011. Pontus then moved to Efore Oyj and worked as a Chief HW Designer from 2011 to 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Design Engineer at Profoto, starting in August 2015.

Pontus Melchert obtained a Filosofie kandidatexamen (fil.kand.) in Arkeologi from the University of Gothenburg, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Following this, from 1996 to 1999, they pursued Elektroteknik at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology, earning a Högskoleexamen.
