Eric Burton

Eric Burton is an operations and technology executive currently serving as Senior Vice President at Comcast, where they focus on driving business benefits through technology, customer experience, and operational improvements. They are also a Founding Member of ProFound, a professional network committed to promoting disability inclusion and accessibility in the workplace. Previously, Eric held various vice president roles at Time Warner Cable, overseeing customer care and information technology for millions of residential customers across Southern California and Hawaii. Eric earned a BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and completed executive education programs at both Harvard Business School and The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
