Chris Driver

Chris Driver, P.Eng, PMP has extensive work experience in the engineering and product development field. Chris is currently the VP of Product Development at Profound Medical Inc. Prior to this, they held the position of VP of Engineering at ChipCare Corporation. From 2014 to 2021, Chris worked at LABORIE, where they served as Director of New Product Development, Program Manager, and Medical Device Project Manager. Before that, they worked at Aversan Inc. as a Sr. Project Engineer. Chris also has experience as a LAMP Developer and Partner at Dribax Designs, where they designed and developed web-based solutions. Their earlier roles include Systems Engineering Manager and Interim Hardware Manager at Agfa, as well as Service Manager, Development Manager, and Field Engineer at Gandinnovations.

Chris Driver, P.Eng, PMP, obtained a degree in Engineering Systems & Computing from the University of Guelph in 2005. Chris also completed a French Language program at the Converse Centre from 2012 to 2015. In addition, they completed a PMP Exam Prep program at Quality Computing Projects Inc. before 2010. In terms of certifications, Chris has obtained various certifications in areas such as Effective Communication, Effective Management, Software Compliance, Software Verification & Validation Strategies, FDA Quality System Requirements, Internal Auditing, Moving Into Management, and PMP certification.
