Hannah Miller has over six years of experience in the field of research. Hannah began their career in 2015 as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where they conducted experiments on ideal growth rates and antibiotic production of unknown bacterial isolates. In 2016, they interned at Vertex Pharmaceuticals as a Molecular Pharmacology Intern, where they executed MSD assays to determine the functionality of company drugs. The following year, they returned to Vertex Pharmaceuticals as a Human Assay Technologies Intern, where they performed high throughput screening assays to assess the capability of the company drug library. In 2018, they joined the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard as a Research Associate I and II, where they maintained and expanded hundreds of cancer cell lines for cell bank and experiments, and barcoded cell lines with lentiviruses for use in drug discovery assays. In 2021, they moved to 2seventy bio as an Associate Scientist II, and in 2022 they joined ProFound Therapeutics as a Research Associate.
Hannah Miller attended Walpole High School from 2010 to 2014 and graduated with a High School degree. Hannah then attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 2014 to 2018, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Biotechnology.
