Margaret Reed

Margaret Reed currently serves as Senior Corporate Counsel for Commercial Transactions at ProFrac Services, a position held since August 2020, following roles as Corporate Counsel and Legal Department Intern. Previous experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at Texas A&M University School of Law from June 2019 to August 2021, where responsibilities included co-managing a project on groundwater laws and conducting in-depth legal research. Additional internships were completed at Lacy Malone Steppick Ryder & Menefee, PLLC as a Legal Intern and Texas Legal Services Center, Inc. as a Summer Legal Intern in 2020. Margaret holds a Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law (2021) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Studies from Texas A&M University (2018).
