Richard Elfrez

Richard Elfrez has extensive work experience in regulatory compliance and safety management. Richard currently serves as the Director of Regulatory Compliance at ProFrac Services since 2022. Prior to that, they held a similar role at FTS International from 2011 to 2022, where they successfully spearheaded accreditation efforts and maintained a strong safety record. Before joining FTS International, they worked as a Safety Manager at Lide Industries, LLC in 2010 and as a Safety Technician at Sabre Industries, Inc. from 2009 to 2010. Richard Elfrez began their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Corporal from 2002 to 2006.

Richard Elfrez attended Texas State Technical College from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Safety Compliance, an Associate of Applied Science degree in Environmental Compliance, and an Advanced Technical Certificate in Health Physics.
