Kristin Hvideberg Tobiassen

Kristin Hvideberg Tobiassen has extensive experience in fundraising and creative services, currently serving as Head of Market and Head of Creative Services at ProFundo Norge since January 2012. In these roles, Kristin oversees a newly established department focused on enhancing NGOs' fundraising capacities through creative solutions and strategic communication. Prior to this, Kristin worked as an Advisor for Norwegian Church Aid, where responsibilities included coordinating fundraising efforts for the annual Lenten campaign and supporting a volunteer network. Kristin also coordinated a fundraising campaign for TV-aksjonen UNICEF and managed accommodation logistics for Quart Festivalen. Kristin holds a Master of Science in Development Management from the University of Agder and has pursued various studies in Spanish, Latin American studies, Middle East history, and development studies at different universities in Norway.
