Jurany Ramirez Gallego is a Sustainable Finance Policy Consultant at Profundo since April 2021, managing research projects on various sustainability-related public policies. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at Instiglio, where project structuring for Result Based Financing tools was a key focus, and a Specialist Economic Analyst at Hardt Hyperloop, evaluating socio-economic impacts of the Hyperloop. Jurany's research background includes work as an Impact Evaluation Researcher at the International Institute of Social Studies, evaluating the effects of emigration in Southern India, and as an Economic Advisor at the National Planning Department, leading projects to inform public policy design. Additionally, Jurany has contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor at Universidad de San Buenaventura and the National University of Colombia. Jurany holds a Master's degree in Economics of Development from the International Institute of Social Studies and a Bachelor's in Economics from Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
