Amie Phillips

Amie Phillips holds extensive experience in recruitment services with a focus on the Financial and Professional Services sectors. Currently serving as Divisional Director for Technology, Project Services, & Strategy at Profusion since September 2025, Amie previously held the position of Director at Talenza from July 2024 to September 2025, specializing in delivering flexible resourcing solutions. Prior to that, Amie worked at Sanderson from August 2011 to June 2024, advancing through roles including Director of Sanderson International APAC and Head of Sanderson International - APAC, where responsibilities included directing strategic planning and overseeing recruitment solutions. Amie began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Sanderson. Amie earned an LLB (Honours) in Law from Swansea University between 2007 and 2011.
