Prior to Profusion, Nandita held roles such as Partner at Olofsson & Company, Practice Leader Technology at Korn Ferry, and various positions at Robert Walters. Nandita has a background in technology recruitment and assessment, specializing in banking, financial services, and commercial sectors. Nandita has experience in building and leading teams, developing recruitment strategies, and training recruiters. Nandita also has experience in corporate restructuring and banking operations. Nandita attained their education at Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
