Manu Rikhye

Manu Rikhye is an Advisor at Progcap. Prior to joining Progcap, Manu was the Chairman at Encore Asset Reconstruction Company from February 2016 to March 2018. Manu has also served as the EVP & Managing Director | Encore India from September 2005 to March 2017 where they were responsible for spearheading India operations of Encore Capital Group. Under Manu's leadership, Retail consumer recovery from India Business Operations grew from $40K in 2005 to $176Mn in 2014.

Manu Rikhye has a degree in Executive Program in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, and a degree in Hotel Management from IHM Pusa.
