Praveen Ravesh

Praveen Ravesh has extensive work experience in various roles in the finance and banking industry. Praveen is currently the National Collections Head (VP) - Supply Chain Finance at Progcap since December 2021. Before that, they worked at IndusInd Bank as the National Collection Manager (VP) - SME and Secured Assets from August 2017 to January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Tata Capital as the Regional Remedial Mgr (AVP) - North India (CEQ and channel Finance) from November 2015 to August 2017.

Praveen also has experience working at Axis Bank as the Regional Collection Manager - North, where they developed strategies for debt collection and risk management and successfully managed North India's largest portfolio. Praveen worked at Axis Bank from December 2007 to November 2015.

Before joining Axis Bank, Praveen worked at ICICI Bank Ltd as a Collection Manager - Personal Loans from August 2005 to November 2007. Praveen was responsible for collections and coordination of legal activities for the personal loan portfolio.

Praveen's earlier experience includes working as an Area Sales Manager at Kohinoor Foods Ltd from August 2002 to July 2005. Praveen successfully increased sales and managed multiple distributors across Chandigarh and Himachal Pradesh.

Praveen Ravesh completed their MBA in Marketing & HRD from Hindu Institute of Mgmt, Sonepat, from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing & IT from Hindu College, Sonepat, from 1997 to 2000. Praveen also completed their 12th standard in Science from Hindu Vidya Peeth School, Sonepat, although specific dates were not provided.
