Jared Miles has over 20 years of work experience in various IT roles. Jared started their career as a Systems Administrator and India Liaison at WestWords, Inc, where they supported local users and worked with administrators in India. After that, they worked as a Network Technician at Corporate System Supply, providing on-site support to clients of various sizes. Jared then served as the Director of IT at The Brooks Group, managing all aspects of information technology. Following that, they joined Hanesbrands Inc. as an Active Directory Security Administrator, supporting a large user base and handling access requests. Currently, they are the Director of Client Services at Progent, responsible for building client relationships and ensuring successful project delivery. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong technical skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
