Julian Egery has extensive experience in management and project coordination within the retail and service sectors. Currently serving as the Director at Progi since April 2020, Julian has established a new department focusing on training, quality assurance, documentation, and customer service, and expanded the department in 2021. Prior to this, Julian held various management roles at SAQ from December 2007 to April 2020, including overseeing operations at multiple branches and leading teams of up to 30 employees, achieving significant sales and customer service objectives. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Globalization and International Development from the University of Ottawa, complementing a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Concordia University and a DEC in Sciences from John Abbott College. Additional experience includes teaching assistance at the University of Ottawa and internships with the United Nations Environment Programme and the Canadian International Development Agency, along with a background in aquatic safety and instruction.
