Simon Benedikt Weigand has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles in supply chain management. Simon Benedikt started their career as a Project Student at Kraftwerk Living Technologies and MIVA Austria, gaining experience in project management and process optimization. Simon Benedikt then interned at Amazon, where they managed the supply chain for Prime Day and worked on supplier management. With DRÄXLMAIER Group, they focused on production strategy and network planning. Currently, they hold a Team Lead position at ProGlove, where they have progressed from an Intern to a Senior Supply Chain Manager, showcasing their growth and expertise in the field.

Simon Benedikt Weigand completed their Bachelor of Arts in Business (B.A.) with a focus on International Logistics Management at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria from 2013 to 2017. In 2014, they also participated in an exchange semester at Laurea University of Applied Sciences, studying Business, Management, Marketing, and related support services.
