Dinesh Shukla

Dinesh Shukla has accumulated extensive experience in technical support and revenue cycle management within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Assistant Manager - Technical Support at Bizmatics, a Harris Computer Company, since November 2015, Dinesh has progressed through various roles, including Team Lead and Technical Support Executive. Prior to joining Bizmatics, Dinesh worked as an RCM Specialist at eClinicalWorks, focusing on the end-to-end claim submission process, denials, appeals, and payment posting. Dinesh's career began at GeBBS Healthcare Solutions as a Sr. AR Caller, where responsibilities included checking claim statuses and resolving denials. Dinesh holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from RJ Thakur College of Arts & Commerce, completed in 2011.
