Siddhi Une has a diverse work experience ranging from software engineering and quality assurance to lecturing and management. Siddhi started their career as a Quality Assurance Engineer at SEICO in 2002, where they handled testing, troubleshooting, and circuit design for weighing scale modules. In 2004, they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Jyoti Computer Services, where they designed test plans, executed functional testing, and reported bugs to the development team. In 2005, Siddhi worked as a Lecturer at Government Polytechnic Engineering Institute, teaching subjects like Fundamentals of Engineering and Introduction to Computer Applications. Finally, they joined Bizmatics in 2009 as an Implementation Analyst and grew to become the Director of Implementation & Content Management. In this role, they managed implementation projects and played a key role in the growth of the company.
Siddhi Une completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from the Kolhapur Institute of Technology College of Engineering between the years 1998 and 2002. Siddhi has also obtained several additional certifications, including Effective Business Writing from Santa Clara Adult Education in March 2019, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in January 2019, Medical Coding from Santa Clara Adult Education in December 2018, and a Certificate of Achievement in Web Development from De Anza College in December 2010.
