Jan von Essen has extensive experience in market analysis and research, currently serving as the Methodology Responsible Market Analyst at Prognoscentret AB since September 2007, where Jan develops and establishes comprehensive industry measurements for customer satisfaction using methodologies akin to the SKI model. Prior to this role, Jan worked as a researcher at Karolinska Institutet from September 2005 to July 2007, overseeing parallel research projects with statistical responsibilities in collaboration with the former Arbetslivsinstitutet.
