Valeriia Karasenly

Valeriia Karasenly has a strong background in HR and recruitment. Valeriia is currently working as the Head of HR and Recruitment at Program-Ace since July 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Head of HR Department at Itera Research from July 2020 to July 2021. Valeriia also worked as the HR Director at Jazzros from February 2020 to July 2020. Before that, Valeriia held various HR roles at Fluvius, including People Lead Link from November 2018 to January 2020 and HR People Partner from June 2018 to November 2018. Valeriia started their career at SSDIMB, where they worked as a Human Resources/Recruitment Lead from December 2016 to June 2018 and as an IT Recruiter/HR from January 2016 to December 2016.

Valeriia Karasenly has a Master's degree in Jurisprudence from Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, which they earned from 2005 to 2012. Valeriia also holds a Master's degree in Management of organizations from the National Technical University Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute, obtained during the same period.
