Jennifer Dunneback has extensive experience in risk management, currently serving as an Executive Director for the Financial Institutions Group at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since September 2000, where responsibilities include managing a national portfolio of Financial Institutions clients, conducting credit analysis, and overseeing due diligence and approvals for various financial services. Additionally, Jennifer holds the position of Treasurer on the Board of Directors at Programa Velasco, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering entrepreneurial women in El Salvador. Jennifer's previous leadership roles include serving as Director, President, and First Vice President of The Risk Management Association's Chicago Chapter from 2004 to 2013. Jennifer holds an MBA in Leadership & Change Management from DePaul University and a BBA in Finance from Eastern Michigan University, complemented by early studies at The Ohio State University.

Programa Velasco
Programa Velasco's mission is to educate and empower children and entrepreneurial women in El Salvador to build strong families and create better futures. Since PV was co-founded 12 years ago by Juan Velasco and Annie Boyd-Ramirez, we have worked in partnership with another local nonprofit, The New Dawn Associacion of El Salvador (ANADES), to financially support initiatives that increase enrollment and access to their child development center, educational opportunities, and mental health services for marginalized families impacted by poverty and social violence in an urban area of San Ramón. Our vision is families that thrive; educated and emboldened to interrupt generational cycles of poverty and build peaceful community.
