Dale Fraser

Dale Fraser is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various senior technical roles. Currently serving as the Regional Director - Head of Technology APAC at PERSOL APAC since July 2023, Dale previously held significant positions including Head of Technology and General Manager Technology & Product at Programmed, and Chief Technical Officer at OneShift, CogState, NuSphere, and Orica, among others. Major contributions include managing software development and IT infrastructure for multiple organizations, designing web-based ERP systems, and successfully establishing and running Gravity Internet. Dale's expertise encompasses strategic planning, technology management, and driving innovation across diverse sectors.
