Ekta Srivastava began their work experience as an HR Recruiter in 2020, where they worked until July 2022. In 2021, they joined Management Solutions as an Information Technology Recruiter. Currently, they are working at Programmers.io, holding the roles of Talent Acquisition Executive and HR.

Ekta Srivastava has pursued an MBA in Human Resources from the BABU BANARASI DAS EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS in Lucknow. Additionally, they have obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources from BBDNITM, affiliated with the University of Lucknow.
