Rohan Sethi began their work experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive for Programmers.io in June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Recruiter for M/S Balaji Traders- Swaraj Tractors from November 2020 to June 2022.

Rohan Sethi completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Financial Management at Radharaman Institute of Technology & Science in Bhopal from the year 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting from the Institute for Excellence in Higher Education (IEHE) in Bhopal from 2017 to 2020. Before pursuing higher education, Rohan attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2005 to 2017.
