The leadership team at Progress Capital has a long history of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Many of the team members have worked for large companies such as Marcus & Millichap, Lehman Brothers, and Bear Stearns & Co. Others have experience working in smaller financial firms, such as Lexington Advisors and Neuberger Berman. The team also has a wide range of educational backgrounds, from accounting and finance to industrial engineering and design. This diverse set of experiences and skills allows Progress Capital to provide a well-rounded approach to commercial real estate financing.
