Chris Praet

Chris Praet, MBA, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in multifamily construction, specializing in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and student housing communities. As President of Progress Carolina since October 2017, Chris also served as an Adjunct Professor at Kent State University for a brief period in 2018. Prior roles include Vice President of Construction at Progress Builders, LLC., and various positions at Progress Builders, United States Air Force, and other construction firms. Chris holds an MBA in Management from the Florida Institute of Technology and degrees in Construction Management and Building Science Technology, as well as a certificate in Real Estate Investment Modeling from Cornell University. Military service includes time as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps.
